The Tower also features the largest on-site water recycling system in a commercial high-rise building in the United States. It beats energy performance guidelines of San Francisco’s green building code by 21 percent and LEED requirements by 61 percent. The building is on track to be the highest-rated LEED V4 Platinum (Commercial Interiors) Project in the United States.
